Hi ,                                                                                                             My name is Mel and I am a retiree living half of the  time in Africa and half in the USA.                                                                                     I am interested in Health and fitness and a good quality of life. I enjoy mountain hiking and surfing, movies,country and rock music and cooking. Also I am a long term Buddhist and meditator and have practiced  this in doing retreats in many places around the world.
